I'm pretty excited with life at this time. Happy in my work and happy in my private life. I'm losing the needed weight and am happy that I've moved from "couch potato" to a more active lifestyle. I've found exercising has helped me with my stress level and definitely enabled me to lose weight along with keeping the weight off.

My Goals:
New goal...lose 15 more pounds!

Completed my first 5k in Sept '09 in 34:20. Hip Hip Hooray!!

I want to be able to run 4.5 miles every other day!

My Program:
 I'm focusing on keeping up with the cardio workout on M, W, and F. I must stay focused on the strengthening training on Tuesdays and Thursdays which is the hardest thing for me!


Personal Information:
I love my job and I love my life. I have people I love in my life and who love me. I consider myself very blessed.

Other Information:
 I enjoy tooling around in my VW convertible bug!

I love GATOR football and am a Steeler fan!

    Thanks, a lb is a lb. I was stuck for a few weeks, and I wasn't losing anything, so I was glad to finally see the scale move this week.
