I trust that you'll do what works for you. But, I wanted to share what I used to do when I was using a 7-day average as a challenge reporting method. I kept (and actually continue to keep) a running 7-day average each day. So, I have a spreadsheet with the daily scale weight and the day's 7-day average. Then, I'd report for the challenge using whatever the 7-day average was for the day that I was reporting. So, the 7-day average didn't necessarily include the 7-days of the challenge week. It was simply what the running 7-day average was on the particular reporting date.

I did a little digging online earlier this afternoon. I think you are correct - fasting 10 to 12 hours allows insulin to leave the bloodstream. Absent insulin, the body will get its energy from fat.
I'm not going to get hung up on 3 hours before bedtime rule. If I finish eating by 7, and I eat my 150 calories by 5:30, I will have fasted 10.5 hours, and 12.5 hours when I eat breakfast on non-Spectrum days at 7:30.
Byron Richards' website is all about selling his non-food supplements. Many of them seem to be prettied up packaging for metamucil. 609 days ago

Ah, but now I have proof that it was indeed RUBIA! Jonathan contended that Prisoner was the real hunter. Now I know Prisoner is a hunter, in that he has brought two bats out of the air while he was my ONLY cat... but a field mouse a couple of months ago and now this bird in the mouth are proof that the skill has been passed. Always amuses me that people want to stop cats from being cats. Hmmmm. 610 days ago

The 'droid version did not automatically update, so I went out and found the 2018 version. And get this... on the NEW phone, it *works*... never could get it to work the past two years. I'll be able to follow you better (I hope) on Marathon Monday! 616 days ago
