    Hi there!

What's going on?? What ever is troubling you, what ever part of your journey is getting difficult, have faith that you will get through it. You've already lost 11 lbs, which is fantastic!!

It will get rough at times. Some weeks the scale will move in the wrong direction or not at all. Sometimes you may find comfort in going back to your old, familiar ways and habits. During those rough times, look at your ticker and see that number that you've set for yourself, and see how much closer you are to reaching it! Every little pound, every ounce of effort, every time you get back up when you fall or get back on track when you stray will get you closer to where you want to be.

I'm wishing you all the all the best!! Stay strong, stay hopeful, stay focused, and stay confident in all you can do emoticon

Hey Gurl, I'm stopping by to offer support. I know it gets difficult at times trying to remain committed to changing our lifestyles. Breaking bad habits is hard, but not impossible! I fell off the wagon for a few months and gained 15 pounds. But you know, that's ok, because I am not perfect. I look at this change like riding a bike. If you fall, get up, dust yourself off and try it again!

I also have stopped looking at EVERYTHING I need to do at once. I look at life like a sweet potato pie (my favorite). I can't eat the pie all at once, so I make thin slices. Whatever may make you feel overwhelmed, dissect it into smaller, more manageable pieces. And before you know it, your pie will be gone.

Mocha, if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here for you. I have received so much support from SP that its only fair for me to give back. Things will work out for you. Just keep your faith! emoticon
