The picture I took at the top of the hill is a older picture. There is a lot more shrub now. Bouncing back from a fire a few years ago. The last few days we have been windy (high winds warning), so as soon as the wind dies down I want to hike back to the same area and get a new picture. 9 hours ago

Thank you for adding me I have already have been doing a lot Vegan (and I enjoy it) The problem I am are a few, I/we are doing this to get healthy/feel better, but also to lose weight I think they kind of go together The troubles I am having are (do you count calories, portion control or what)? And also I thought Vegan is Vegan, but I am finding out it's much deeper Forks over Knives says "Whole food Plant Based" And there are a lot of things they don't eat or use I want to do this the right way In the mag. they have 3 categories 1. Load up on these 2. Enjoy in moderation and 3. Avoid or minimize But then I hear things from others and it makes it more confessing Again I am an all in and doing it right So any and all help is great! How long have you been?
