Thanks for the comment..yes I mix things up alot. Yoga, treadmill, spin, rowing, pilates, elipitical, aerobics, weight lifting..
This morning I rowed for 2300 metres (about 14 minutes), then walked hills for 40 min on the treadmill. Then took a yoga class. Tonight I have weight lifting class.
Tomorrow is spin in the morning then pilates in the evening. etc. I keep busy...
I haven't lost any weight since April...that is a long time. I am keeping my eating under control. So I don't know what's going on..
