Introduction Text I''''m 53 and have been overweight for many, many years. I have lost over 65 lbs and have just about 60 more to lose. So here's my story: A couple of years ago, I lost over 20 lbs and no one noticed. A friend of mine at work also lost 20 and everyone said something. To say I took that poorly is an understatement. That totally depressed me so I gave up, put the 20 back on and another 5 lbs on top of that. (But now I've lost 65 lbs so I'm ahead of where I quit last time! And several people outside the family have noticed!) I'm over that. I clearly have more to lose than my friend and even if I lose 40 lbs, which I have woohoo, and no one notices, at least I know and feel better for it. I really feel like I'm on my way this time. It isn't about anyone else. It's only about me! I've got this. I'm halfway there.

1) I want to get in shape now so that I can enjoy my retirement 2) I want to be able to ride a rollarcoaster again! 3) Eat within my calorie limit

I have a fitbit and typically walk about 15K/day but always aim for at least 10K. Since April 27, 2015, there have only bee two days that I haven't hit my 10K! I log all of my calories. Even on days that don't look good! Keeping me on track
