I'm 47 and when i joined here and i look back at the stuff i wrote...i wanna cry for myself.......I am now almost 25 pounds lighter and never felt better...so much more energy....I still need to excerisize more...I have a membership to a gym and still never go.......i am eating better and watching my portions.........

Fitness Minutes: 105

My Goals:
I would still like to lose another 7 pounds or so and learn to love excersize......I want to go to my 30th year reunion next year looking GOOD....

My Program:
 I try to drink half my weight in water a day...so right now i try to drink 67 oz of water a day....i walk alot at work so that is helping and i am cutting down on my portion sizes and following points of WW.


Personal Information:
i am 47 year old married for 21 years in 2weeks...have 3 kids..16, 13 and 6. I work part time in the floral dept of a grocery store and also am a teacher's aid for a mommy and me class...i love animals, the elderly and babies...

Other Information:
 "it's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice."

You are doing great !! - I am finally back after a devastating loss in the summer - my father was diagosed with leukemia and passed away in late July - it has been a long road - but I am back - and soooo motivated by your progress.
