    hI emoticon for the comment on my sparks page, my dad remarried after about 1 1/2 years later to a wicked stepmom who was very mean to us. i left home when i was 17 and her kids were always welcomed there my dad's kids us werent allowed to come over, write or call so that is hard for me now since i am in counceling i am going throught that part now and I really hate that dad put her first before his own kids. so its hard , stepmom died about 3 years ago ?? so now we are back with dad but dad dont call us we always have to call him. i told dad it works both ways/ so i am having a hard time dealing with that. thanks for writing. emoticon Kat

Step by step we can all achieve our goals with one another's suppport. We have a couple things in common: my hubby and I have been married 21 years and we have 3 children also.     thaks for your comment on my page. that is awesome about that song. prayers will be with you for xmas this is the first xmas with out my fiance who passed away may 3,08 so on dec 27 was his b-day and also the day my mom died ooo38 years ago when i was 13. so it stinks either way for xmas. so i know how you feel. i am in therapy and also in bible classes i have 2 classes left and than they will start again with another book. nnnice bunch of ladies. take care and i also added you as a friend kat emoticon

    You will find this site very useful in your weight loss goals. One of the biggest things to do is watch your sodium intake and monitor your cholesterol. You can do that right on this site on your nutrition page. I, myself have started reading labels of every piece of food I eat. If you go into your pantry and read the labels, you'd be surprised at what and how much sodium is in! I know I was shocked! It doesn't take long to reach your daily max in one meal!
