YRU?? YRU is a God wink that I had. I had been asking God to help me with my weight. I was having headaches from too much sugar and caffeine but that wasn't stopping me! I was driving to work one day thinking about it and I looked over and saw the license plate -- YRU. Duh? Why Are You? You're doing it to yourself! Why do you keep doing it? He's giving me the signs and I'm ignoring them. Why am I? It didn't sink in right away, but it's starting to.

Recently I started reading Dr. Oz's book, YOU on a diet. I love that it's about feeding your body they way it was designed to be filled and satisfied.

I also started reading Never say diet by Chantel Hobbs and it's very inspiring, love it!!

I want my girls to learn how to eat healthy, exercise and be proud of their bodies -- so I need to show them how!!

Fitness Minutes: 2,007

My Goals:
Get to what feels like a healthy weight! I'll be comfortable in my skin and feel like exercising.

Lose 2 lbs. a week until I get to that elusive goal. Tone and firm up.

Be a healthy example!


My Program:
Mixing it up, findng what works for me.

YOU on a diet -- eliminate sugars and HFCS, eat WHOLE grains (minimize refined ones), walk everyday.

Never say diet. a great inspirational and motivating book by Chantel Hobbs.



Personal Information:
I'm in my 30's, work outside of the home, commute, am married, have 2 small children and live in a small town = BUSY!


Other Information:
I like to scrapbook and doing 'crafty' things but there's not much time for those things right now!

    Hi there, I hope you're the MOMJEN that is set as a team member of the GREEN team on the Wii Challenge Biggest Loser! I'm out lookin' for our team members. WE CAN DO THIS! A little about myself. I live in Martinsburg, WV, and I work all the time, both evening and midnight shifts and eating is difficult for me. I'm doing better in getting a Wii routine together.     Thanks for the congrats on the drinking challenge! I can't believe it myself... I'm surprised I'm not sproating leaks everywhere! lol I also drink about 4 - 6 cups of herbal tea a day but haven't included that in my totals - I'm definitely well hydrated! :-)
