Introduction Text Working single mother of two girls. I am having trouble finding time for myself. Also feel unmotivated to excersize. :-(

To loose 15 lbs of fat by 7/28/2008 To weigh 155 lbs by 7/28/2008 To drink 3 qts of water every day To eat 5 small healthy meals a day.

I am currently working Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle program.

I am a single working mother of 2. I live in El Paso, Texas. I am engaged to a wonderful man. My children are my focus. My oldest is my ladybug and my youngest is my butterfly. The youngest has type I diabetes. When my youngest was diagnosed with diabetes (Jan 2005), I stopped excercising and have gained 15 lbs since then. I know what I have to do, but I feel unmotivated and just seem to have no time or energy for it.

I stopped reading for recreation when I had kids, though I love to read. I enjoy knitting crocheting and sewing, though I have little time for that. I squeeze these things into my life during wait times (for kids to get out of school, Dr's office, appointments, etc)
