Fitness Minutes: 54,786

My Goals:
For 2015 I am maintaining between 180 and 190 pounds.

We are also trying for baby #3.

My Program:
 Cardio up to 60 minutes a day 6 days a week.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday strength days focusing on a group of different muscles. Sunday = Rest.

I track all food and drinks going into my body.
Watching not only calories but carbs, fats, and sodium.


Personal Information:
I'm from Dallas Texas.

I've been married for 6 years to an amazing man of God.

I have two beautiful children, ages 5 and 4.

I'm going to school to become a Christian Counselor.

Other Information:
 I love to read, write, draw, cook, and sew. I'm your typical young hot house wife ;)
