    Thanks for commenting on my blog the other day. There is a lot of great stuff here! So much, it can be overwhelming. I started with the Nutrition Tracker, using it as more of a planner for my day. Then I added in little bits of exercising, like ten minutes at a time. Then I got hooked on the whole points and rewards system. Next up is posting my short term goals in hopes that keeps me accountable!
