I'm a preschool para who has been married almost 42 years. We have 4 boys (boys no longer.... they're 25, 30, 37, and nearly 40!) and 6 grandchildren. I need to drop 30 pounds by time for my 45th high school reunion in August.

Past time to update! Never made it to my reunion because of family obligations. But, after 14 months with SP, I reached my goal weight!
Also, this June I retired. It won't really hit me until school starts and I'm not there. I plan on subbing a ...

Also, this June I retired. It won't really hit me until school starts and I'm not there. I plan on subbing a little..... after all, I can't COMPLETELY give it up! Now it's a little scary. Will I be able to continue my healthy journey, or will I become a couch potato with a pile of my favorite books? I'm betting that though it may be a struggle, I'll keep on with SparkPeople and you all will keep me on the straight and narrow! WOO HOO!
