Introduction Text I am a working mom to 3 active children ages 14,12, & 8. We are blessed to be able to provide many opportunities for our kids to learn, grow and express themselves. I have finally found my ability to take care of myself by feeding myself and my family foods that nourish. Our family follows a Low Carb High Fat Moderate Protein way of eating. Our family is seeing healing from my extreme fatigue to my oldest DD's remission of Juvenile Arthritis. My favorite book is Obesity Code. If the Standard American Diet and Standard Diet Advice has left you stranded your whole life I encourage you to look for a new path and would say that Obesity Code and Dr. Fung (among others) can help you get on your way.
