Introduction Text Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. I am a single mom who works 3 jobs (one full time and two part time) while I take care of my beautiful 8-year-old daughter. I find time almost every day to work out for an hour a day. I have changed up my diet to make it high fiber (24-40 g of fiber a day) and make sure I get at least 8 glasses of water a day. So if I can find time in my schedule to get healthy and lose the weight, anyone can! So it might as well be YOU! I want to get healthy again! I want to be able to run and play with my daughter and not be gasping for breath.

I am going to start eating a more healthy diet, exercise, and drink 8 glasses of water a day.
