Introduction Text I started Spark People on May 1 2009. I liked the free tools. Especially the nutrition tracker. I have since gotten my husband to join also. I have actively been losing weight since February 2009. I lost about 31 lbs before coming here. I have gone up and down in my weight loss journey. I am currently down about 130lbs. From my highest weight. I have restarted Spark. I am now enjoying the Keto diet. I feel better. I have less inflammation. My mood is more stable. I sleep better. I have less GERD. And I'm losing weight. I am in a good mental state for losing weight right now. I realize there are just some foods I cannot eat. They are trigger foods and they will keep me from my goal. This journey is as much mental as it is physical for me.

I want to walk every day and increase my distance and time until I reach an hour.

I try to eat fruits, vegtables, protein and complex carbohydrates, while staying in my calorie range. I limit fried food and high sugar foods.



I have been married for 25 years. We have 5 children ages 24 to 4. I like photography and graphic art.
