    So happy you are back. emoticon I started this in October '07 about 2 months before you did, so I've not gotten to my goal, but then I've never been back to that awful 214# when I started. I understand having stress in your life, it makes us not pay attention to ourselves. WE CAN DO THIS.

    Hey, thanks for popping by and checking on my blog, and commenting on my page!
    A tip that helped me for a while with remembering my food proportions was posing a photo of them on my cabinets. They were not pretty to look at, but they served a nice reminder to me that a brick of cheese was not a serving size.
    As far as fitness goes, I struggle to maintain momentum. I have now been following the Jerry Seinfield calendar idea, where everyday he wrote he crossed off the day on the calendar to see how long he could go without breaking the streak. That kind of visual helps me out.
