Thanks for commenting on my blog. While 2 weeks at the same weight may be frustrating - you are at a weight that is probably in your normal range. Try wanting to be at 140 which is top end of normal for me but being stuck between 180 and 190 starting at 180 and slowly gaining that 10 all the while trying to go the other direction for a YEAR - that is 52 weeks. I lost 45 in 6 months (that is an average of 7 to 8 lbs a month loss) Being stuck when you are near your goal is very normal. Being stuck when you are so not near goal is infuriating. Hardest thing is to not gain it back and be happy to maintain. The closer we get the slower we lose because our body requires less food. If you haven't you might make sure to recheck your nutritional goals and exercise goals to see if that has happened to you. I do appreciate your empathy though. I did figure out what my problem was and it appears I have reversed it - check my blog out that I will be posting tonight. 1108 days ago
