Introduction Text 1/28/17 - Back to eating LCHF (moderate protein)! I started this journey 9/27/13 was on track until 1/9/15 and lost 63 lbs. So now I'm back again to make a better effort to stay on track after dealing with some personal issues. I look the same as I did a year ago just older. I'm trying to track my food (the good & bad) daily. I DESERVE to feel better mentally & physically!

Restart 9/1/17 @254.4 lbs 200 lbs - new shoes 190 lbs - new clothes 180 lbs - highlights 170 lbs - ???? 160 lbs - more new clothes 145 lbs - a 3rd Tattoo 140 lbs - more new clothes 135 lbs - Lunch at Chilis & 4th tattoo

Use Meal tracker to plan my daily food choices ~ D Drinking 2 Tbs of Great Lakes Kosher Gelatin (collagen) in water 1x daily (skin, hair, nails, joints) Zinc & Magnesium Trying to KETO ADAPT: Carbs 13-19 g; (5%) Fat 91-135 g; (80%) Protein 38-57 g; (15%) calories 1023-1523 as of 7/23/15 adjusting this every 20lb loss Eating Fresh, less processed foods Minimal sugary foods Go to bed at 10 p.m. (working on)
