    Hiya; I see you are from Maryland from a post on Exercise & Fitness DVD Addicts that I just joined. We recently moved to AA County in Annapolis.

    I am a BB coach and T25 was one of my most successful workouts. I am getting ready to do a hybrid of PiYo and T25 and rock off some stress weight I've put on this past year.

    Thanks for stopping by my blog. You asked about the Betaine HCL - it helped me for a couple of weeks and then I started to feel burning with it. Once I felt burning, I stopped the HCL and just continued on with digestive enzymes. Sorry, I'm not in the PA Newcastle.
