    Thanks for your encouragement!! I have been doing some different things with my routine, and I just upped my goal to walk 7000 steps a day instead of 5000. So that got me out for a half-hour walk last night when I realized I wasn't close enough. I'm also trying a new Leslie Sansone walking dvd. It has four workouts, I got it Saturday and have done the 1- and 2-mile workouts. There are 3- and 4-mile ones that I'm going to try soon.

    Yesterday I ate absolutely no snacks except fruit. I could have; I had plenty of calories for it! But I decided I was going to see whether that made a difference. The scale this morning went from 122.1 yesterday to 120.6 today! I just can't believe it! But I'm going to stick with the videos, walking and the no snacking again today and see how much it goes (probably up) tomorrow!
