    Aww lady I am sorry = ( . When you're unhappy with your job, it makes everything else in your life that much more stressful. I wish it was as easy as just finding something else. Is there maybe a new position or change that you can make at your current employer? Maybe a slight change will make things better even. I use to really really loathe my job. I would upset myself so much that I would just lie awake at night depressed about going to work. It took me a long time to realize that my job doesn't define who I am - it's just a job. Look for the positive and try to push back the negative. Your job should provide you with the means to have a life, not be your life.

    I wish I could make it better for you. = ( . I have found that exercise lets me get a lot of that sadness/anger/depression towards my job out. I use that frustration to drive myself. If you're having trouble getting motivated, schedule yourself for exercise. I literally schedule 80% of my day on a day planner so I know I will stick to my workouts. I don't let anything get in the way. The days you don't feel like working out are the ones that you need to workout on the most. Sorry if I sound preachy - I just don't want you to give up!!

    You have done so well and come so far. Don't let a minor bump in the road derail you. Remember how amazing it feels after you finish a workout or putting on a pair of pants a size smaller than you thought you could ever wear again! You can do this hon. I know it. You are so strong.
    Take a step back, catch your breath, and then ignite the fire again.

    I'll be here, cheering you on the whole time!! YOU CAN DO THIS!

    Yay for exercise partners! I am glad your patient is okay. Sounds scary! I have class tonight, but if I get out early enough, hopefully I can get a run in tonight. We will have to see! Any plans for the weekend?

    I know = ( , I could kick myself for the same reason! However, we need to look forward!!! Every moment counts, so we just have to make each new moment worth it. I think both you and I can get out of the 200's before the end of May!!! Let's start summer in Onderland, deal? I am sorry about all the stress you are going through. The only advice I have is exercise helps relieve stress!

    I promise to keep on you if you promise to keep on me! We'll push each other.

    Hey hey Lady! That sucks about your toe. I have no idea what I would do ... if it feels okay, I would assume you can go back to working out . Maybe start with weight lifting or something not too high impact!!!

    As for the workout/weight loss thing, I have been fluctuating between 208-215 for almost 2 months myself!!! I keep telling myself its stress and lack of time to exercise, but I know its within my control. I am putting my foot down though. I need to get serious because I have my half marathon in 12 weeks. So I am using this weekend to reaffirm my goals and come up with a workout plan.

    I think the both of us just need to restart ... maybe if we push one another, we'll see the results again!! Here's to getting to Onederland!!!! I am making myself be more active on SP. I do the same thing as you... jump on, quick update, jump off. I need to schedule more time on here because it helps!!!

    I hope your family is doing well and work isn't too much stress.

    Keep being lovely and wonderful my friend. We will get this done!!!
