Introduction Text Hi! My name is Motts. I'm 40 years old, married and have three beautiful children. I've been on the heavy side all my life, but am currently at my heaviest. It's very stressful, but I'm ready for a change. This time it will happen. I want to feel sexy and look the part. I had originally wanted to not cut my hair until after I lost 30 lbs. Seeing how that goal hasn't happened yet, I made the decision to donate my hair to locks of love. On 7-16-09, I had 11" donated. Although I will miss it, it's for a wonderful cause and hopefully I can make a child happy. My hair will eventually grow back, somestimes a child won't have hair due to chemo or radiation, made me think long and hard. So I did it. And feel great! It's a bit shorter than I wanted it, but I like being able to get ready in the morning in less than 30 minutes!

- Exercise more often - Eat healthier foods - Drink plenty of water - Lose at least 40 lbs.

Go to gym at least 5 days a week. Weights-arms (3 sets) MWF Weights-legs (3 sets) TTh Cardio 30 minutes a day

I work full-time at the local University. I also like to work-out at the gym or walk outside (weather permitting). On weekends if I am not at a football game, I am out in the yard. I have a seven year old african grey timneh (Moe); a two and a half year old yellow lab (Dixie) and a one year old lab mix (Hanako).

I love watching the Ole Miss Rebels (Hotty Toddy)...We're the Cotton Bowl champs! 94% said we couldn't do it, but we did!
