    I just saw the pic of your bike ! It really is cool ! Do you know what brand it is ? I had bought it from some friends. It was so hard to keep it balanced. I had to be so carefull when riding it, It always seemed to want to go to the right. Yrs. before I tried to ride one my brother had & it was the same thing !!! Is yours like that ? I'd love to get another one, but am just leery of them now. I hope your having a great weekend.

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    Here are some of the members comments written on a Survey Monkey poll:

    “I like the variety, novelty, and ingenuity of the weekly challenges. They push us out of our comfort zone. And get us to try something new. “

    Hi. If you would like to try something different with a little challenge...I have one for you to consider. It's a small private team that competes with others within the larger X-Weighted team. Doing various challenges. Runs for 8 weeks. Main requirement is to post weight weekly...other activities, all though very beneficial, are optional. Drop me a note if you have questions or would like to join us.
