My Goals:
My goal is to attain a healthy weight and stay off medication.

My Program:
 Cardio 6-7 times/week
Strength 3 times/week
Water, water, water
More fresh fruit/veggies
Limit processed foods


Personal Information:
I was born and raised on the MS Gulf Coast. I worked/lived in New Orleans area until a lady named Katrina effected the move of my job to Memphis, TN area in 2005.

Other Information:
 My hobbies are reading, crossword puzzles, cycling, walking, amateur photography, scrapbooking and collecting post cards from the places I and my friends travel to.
