I am 64 and had gastric bypass in 2012. My highest wt was 374 lbs., Lowest wt, 181 lbs., Current wt 197.8 lbs. I'm 191 pounds gone!
I retired from teaching in April 2016. I am fluent in German and Spanish. I am an avid reader, traveler and cross stitcher.

WINTER BL Challenge Diet Commitment
35-85 gr carbs daily
60-100 gr protein
3-5 non startchy veggies a day

    I'm getting to know my teammates today. I was wondering what 3 languages you speak. You wouldn't happen to be fluent in both German and Spanish would you? I speak both of those languages some but definitely not fluent since I tend to mix them up with each other all the time!
