    Implementing a meal plan is hard!!! What works for me is to eat small amounts more often. The dr suggested 6 small "meals" a day because I have a slow digestive system & throw up a lot. Usually I end up eating 3 meals & 2 snacks, sometimes 3 snacks if calories allow it. This has worked well for me, & eating more often keeps me from being hungry. Allow 200-300 calories each "meal" depending on your calorie goal. Hope this helps.

    Are you feeling better today? Hope so.
    Yes, I've lost 4 lbs., but its the same 4 lbs. that I've lost several times over the last 3 months.
    I've got the exercise thing down, but I can't seem to implement a meal plan.
    I'm better since writing out my daily goals on Friday and posting them around the house. I feel much stronger and I got lots of info on snacking.
    That's the hardest "meal" to control or think about having.
    Anyway, just dropping by to see if you are doing better.

    We get to start all over again with no regrets! Right?

    Feel better and don't forget to drink water, even if you don't feel like eating. Try some soup to get those calories in. Must have calories to get and keep your metabolism going.
