My Journey Continues....
My weight has always been up and down. Three years ago i had finally made it to my goal weight but omehow I managed to let it all go and now wore off than where I started. I could blame it on a lot of things or even a couple people but I know ultimately I’m responsible. I’m not going to panic though. I’m getting back on track and starting over again. Now that I see how quick and easy it is to get out of shape I think it will help me stay focused better. If I did it once I can do it again. ...

My Goals:
My goals change regularly . Right now my goal is consistancy. I have a habit of getting comfortable when I see progress and slacking off. This usually leads me to having to start all over again. My goal right now is to create habits that I will stick to even after I meet my goals.
My Program:
My current routine consist of a dance class, workout DVDs and walking. Because I have a habit of geting bored and falling off track my intent is to switch things up when I start slacking off. I also use my Jawbone up24 to challenge others to keep me motivated.
