    This week Is pretty much like all the others except for the high heat and humidy that limits my time outside. If it stays this way I will have to make myself do an indoor DVD or the weight will pile back on and I don't want that! Take care and have a great day! Lucinda emoticon emoticon

    I'm such a procrastinator! As you can tell from that sentence I haven't done it yet. It's hard for me to get into a new routine an make it habit, I want to see results but hard to push myself. I know you are doing better in your journey, great job. The DVD is made for people with MS I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis and bad disk in my neck and back and that's why I do walking mostly. I have done the DVD before it gets your heart going and works your muscles it's what I need now I just have to do it! I need to do it for strength and toning of my muscles but afraid of over doing it and when I do it takes 2 days to recover. Another excuse i guess so I have to get started soon. Lucinda
