My Goals:
Become super fit and run a marathon. At some point in this journey I stopped caring so much about losing weight, as long as I get to that finish line after 26.2! (Although, I'm still losing weight.)
My Program:
After running my first half-marathon in May 2010, I took a hiatus from running, but am now back in training for the same half-marathon for May 2011. I also plan to run the Columbus Half-Marathon in October 2011, with the ultimate goal of running a full marathon, possibly in 2012.
