I have been on Sparks People since 2006. In 2007 I lost 50lbs. For the first time I was under 200 lbs. It felt Great! It was short lived..since then I have gained it all back. I have started and stopped so many times that I pretty much gave up.

I am done with giving up! I am ready to drop this weight. My overall goal is to be at 130lbs. I am 230.4 as of today. For each 3 months I am going to set a new goal.

3 month goal: 25 lbs
Weight: 205.4
Reward:

6 month goal: 25 lbs
Weight: 180.4
Reward:

9 month goal: 25 lbs
Weight: 155.4
Reward:

12 month goal:
Weight: 130.4
Reward:


Achieving My Goals:

1. Drinking WATER Daily - 230/2 =115oz =14 - 8oz glasses of water per day (this will change for every 10 lbs I lose)

2. EXERCISE Daily (Walking on the treadmill, Leslie Sansone's DVD's, using my Wii Fit and doing strength training 2x a week)

3. EATING Healthy (keeping track of my calories, sodium, carbs and sugar intake daily)

4. PRAYING for guidance and strength everyday

5. NOT GIVING UP!

Personal Information:
I live in beautiful "Southern" Montana with my hubby and 3 kids (12,15,20). I just turned 41 in March and I am tired of living in an obese body.


Other Information:
I enjoy reading, hiking, movies, motorcycle rides, and working on Girl Scout stuff.
