I really liked this article: Improve Mental Toughness Before Trying to Lose Weight

    ivation_articles.asp?id=2355

I read it this morning, and felt it had a lot of great ideas.

My sense of entitlement lately has given me fits of eating so poorly. My exercises are great. I cannot get past myself in this....Yuck.

    Favorite homemade salad dressing:

Google on "Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb copycat recipe" and make it. Or buy the Mrs. Dash.

Save a mustard bottle (clear one is best, label removed); plain yellow mustard is okay, for variety go with deli or grey poupon. When it is down to about 20% full, add vinegar. I currently have a balsamic and a apple cider vinegar made. Add Mrs. Dash to taste, about 1.5 Tablespoon. Shake. Refrigerate for a couple hours before using.

You can add the EVOO to it and shake, but I prefer to measure my olive oil depending on how many calories I have left. I make the salad, add EVOO, then the mustard blend!! I love it. Hope you do, too.

My second favorite dressing is Salsa Ranch. Just mix 2 T salsa with 1T ranch dressing, homemade, regular or lite.
