I guess good and bad. Good = Chiro thinks everything is spinal/nerves related and can be fixed. Bad = 6 weeks of no jogging, running or impact cardio. I guess I wasn't going to be doing that anyway b/c of how I felt. But just sucks knowing it's going to be a while until I'm back feeling better.

Thanks for your input! I normally don't consume much dairy. Occasionally I have Greek God Yogurt because its just.greek.yogurt and nothing else. I've not experienced issues with that.
When I went shopping this past week I thought I'd try out some "higher protein FF Yogurt" brands. I had some yesterday and today. OMG I feel like I could give birth to a bloated cow at any minute. When I felt fine and was doing well prior to incorporating these yogurts.
First things first. chunk the yogurt! Second get pick up some LactAid.
We have Tom Thumb (Randalls). I'll look for the Eating Right next time I go there! :D
