Hello its been awhile since i have been on here and most of you know that i lost my spouse to cancer years ago..Its been a struggle daily but i did meet someone in group counselling who also lost her spouse to cancer...Her name is Tammy and we have found each other and moving forward in our lives....She has three kids and i have two plus 2 golden retrievers...So we both have a new journey in our lives and its just beginning ...Thanks for all of your support and i will try and be on here more often...

My Goals:
My goals are to lose the weight i gained over the last few years...I quit work and took care of Sheri before she passed away and was at 220lbs and now i am 295lbs...So its been over 2 years now and i will try to start this again..

My Program:
I am not on any program but my diet consists of high protein and fibre low carbs and sugar. I start my day with a protein shake, multivitamin, and my fish oil which is your omega 3 fatty acids. Drink lots of teas like green tea, white tea, black tea,oolong tea and ginsing tea. I do stay away from high carb foods especially fruits that are high in carbs and sugars.I ride a treadmill 30 minutes a day and work on my property.

Other Information:
My hobbies are landscaping and renovations especially on my own house. I love fishing, hunting, camping,
4 wheeling, snowmobiling anything to do outdoors. I listen to all kinds of music especially Toby Keith and Brad paisley and other country artists. Love to watch action, comedy,and documentary movies.

    Hello I started this about 2 years ago and was 290 before i joined this website. Then i got down to 250 and joined spark. I did reach my goal of 220lb and dam i looked good. I have had a lot of back injuries and knee injuries and went back to eating like once a day and not good food. I have a metabolism problem and i am type 2 diabetic which i can control with food but i eat 6 times a day and i can lose weight fast. I know how to eat but with me being down with injuries and not eating like i use to i gained all of my weight back and now i am 290lbs again. So i am going to start this all over again and try to go to this website everyday to get some motivation and tips. So i eat 6 times a day now and watch my carbs, sugars, and fat content in what i eat. My work has always been physicall and i dont workout or ride treadmills due to the work that i do and i work 12 hours a day 6 to 7 days a week so by the time i get home i am physically drained and when i was eating 6 times a day and did the work that i do i lost weight very fast like 5 months 70lbs off and kept it off untill my back went and limited me to work. So here i am with a positive attitude and going to cut back on work and get healthy again...Please email me with support ,or want to share tips and ideas like lifestyle changes. Or anything else would be fine.
