My pledge/oath to my teammates:

I do solemnly pledge:

that I will do my best to eat healthy and within my calorie range,
that I will exercise to the best of my ability,
that I will watch my portions and avoid mindless eating,
that I will avoid or limit unhealthy foods,
that I will try to get enough sleep,
that I will stretch myself out of my comfort zone,
that I will always try to make healthy choices even when stressed,
that if I slip, I will get back on track with the very next opportunity,
that I will keep a CAN DO attitude, or ask for Help,
and that I will support my fellow team mates

Fitness Minutes: 64,934

My Goals:
Long term: to eventually lose 75 pounds.

Short term: 10 pounds. 1- 2 pounds per week. I think this is very doable. The only thing is...I need a buddy(ies) for support.


My Program:
1200 to 1550 calories.

Walk for at least 30 minutes or do a WATP DVD every day.

I exercise 6 days a week, alternating cardio and toning.



Personal Information:
I'm 63 years young and a widow going on 4 yrs now. I have 4 great kids who are all out on there own with families of their own. They've blessed us with 10 grandchildren. As my hubby said, "They're God's gift to you for not killing your kids." Ha ha!

I'm originally from Phila., Pa. I live in southern Louisiana now, where the food is AWESOME!


Other Information:
I like to read, knit and play games either on my computer or my iPhone.
Hopefully one day I'll even LOVE exercising!
