My challenge is to become fit and healthy. Knowing what to do is half the battle, doing what is necessary to achieve my goals is the other.

I have three main reasons for this lifestyle change... I want to do it before I get too old (and, things stop working)... I know it will help my back... I want to do something physical for the rest of my life. :)

"It's not what you do once in a while, it's what you do day in and day out that makes the difference." ~Jenny Craig

"The only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like, and do what you'd druther not." ~Mark Twain

"It's almost NEVER too late to reverse most of the causes of premature death." ~Washington Post

My Goals:
Since I started being active (about three months ago), I have dropped up to a pound a week. I am going at this slowly. My motto has become, "Don't take the easy way out." And, to me, the easy way out is loading up on calories. So... I am making progress. Thank you to everyone who has checked in on me, while I was inactive.

My Program:
To master one thing at a time.

Personal Information:
I am a 42 year old male, and an Air Force vet. I live in the U.S. I have several hobbies, and one of them is music. I enjoy listening to and creating electronic and Chillout/Relaxation music.

Other Information:
Tony Robbins asks, "what do I want out of my every day life?" And I say, "I want energy and vitality... I want long-lasting good health... I want to feel whole and complete... And, I plan to work for all of these things now (and in the future)!"
