Introduction Text Time to move on and stop living in the past. Time to accept things as they are and remember that I cannot control what happens. I need to live in the present.

To realize each new day is a gift and I need to make the very best of it no matter what the circumstances. There is always something to be grateful for.

My program is changing and I am going to start working with a Personal Trainer on some physical issues. I want to get stronger and stay healthy as long as possible.

I am 74 and married. I have one daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter. They moved closer and now are 2.5 hours away.

My favorite movies are DANCES WITH WOLVES and THE SOUND OF MUSIC (although there are many others I love) My favorite book is SNOW FALLING ON CEDARS. For some reason this book was a great read and has stayed with me for many years. I love reading, play the dulcimer, enjoy being outdoors when the weather permits, enjoy movies, especially good comedies where you laugh hard. Love Meslissa McCarthy, she always makes me laugh.
