    I usually run in the mornings. I used to run around 9 and then eat breakfast after, but I started reading more about the importance of eating breakfast first thing to get your metabolism up and running. So I started eating around 7 or 7:15 every morning and then running about 9 (as usual). That worked out excellently for me, and surprisingly, I rarely had cramps! Now, however, if I want to get a run in, I have to go around 6, and there is no way I'm getting up early to eat breakfast before that, so I just eat about 30 minutes after I finish running. So far that's worked out really well too. I'm not big into afternoon or evening exercise. The earlier I exercise, the more energy I have.
