Introduction Text Jan. of 2011 I weighed 274 lbs. Today Oct. 7th of 2013 I am at 232 lbs and have been stuck at that weight of a year now. Looking for new tools to help get back on track and this is my next step. Food and exercise journal..

I am working towards a healthy weight, active lifestyle, and stepping out of my comfort zone and doing new things and meeting new people.

Came here to have a way of making myself accountable for what I eat and how much I exercise. Journal is my next step to getting on track and staying on the path of a healthier lifestyle.

My name is Gretchen but online Mystiqalwolf is my name. I am a 44 yr. old housewife, mother of 2, and grandmother. Have been overweight 20+ years but really lost myself when the kids moved out and started their own lives. I have decided empty nest is a great thing and time to focus on my own dreams. Dreams have changed from what they were 20 years ago but that doesn't mean those dreams of the past are lost just means they evolved with my life.

Trying the whole blog idea. Writing down my up and lows and everything in between on this journey. Every tool that can be used to get me to my goal that I can find is going to be implemented. Looking forward to reading this when I have reached the goal weight.
