    I have joined the January Jumpstart challenge also, and I saw your post on there and looked at your sparkpage and I am truly impressed by your determination, and good attitude. You have come so far, and you are a great inspiration to me.

    I too have been struggling with being overweight for the last twenty years, and have about 80 pounds to lose, so this jumpstart challenge has been a good way to get restarted. I joined Spark in 2006, and lost some weight initially, but I struggle with depression, and have had some deaths in the family to cope with and surgeries, and fallen off track. But no more excuses in 2014!

    Hi! Welcome to Sparkpeeps! I saw that you started out near 275, where I started out here near the end of Sept. I really identified with your blog post of today.... that's how I've been feeling. I had a hiatus of two years between losing weight. But that was my bad. I stay up too late and sleep in and have not been good about eating 3 times a day. I've been reading up on perimenopause information lately because I'll be 50 in March and I feel like I've been dealing with issues with fatigue, grumpiness, weight gain, etc. I'm from the Seattle area and presently doing walking as my exercise for now.
