Hi 1Decker..thanks for stopping by my Sparkpage and for the treadmill suggestions. I have now worked out 7 days in a row (2 with my trainer) I am slowlyy looking FORWARD to working out lol because I realize it's helping me be a better me. I am trying the intervals on my treadmill and writing down my stats in my notebook so I can work on increasing the difficulty a little each week. Keep in touch! 4538 days ago

So how is the treadmill now for you? So many times I find myself sort of giving up just as I start because I feel like what I do isn't good "enough" Right now I do 30 min on the treadmill at 3.0 mph. I feel like I should be able to jog and really push myself but I know it's really about consistency and I will be able to up the intensity over time. How have you kept exercising interesting and stayed motivated? 4540 days ago
