Well, the summer is almost over and it has been hot as Hades!! The only good thing about all this heat, it makes you sweat more when you work out!

Fitness Minutes: 631

My Goals:
To feel good about me and to be fabulous by my granddaughter's wedding in June.

My Program:
 Trying to watch what I'm eating, and doing the Wii Active, Wii Active: More Workouts, my treadmill and occasionally my ab-lounger, as well as playing the Wii fitness games such as tennis and sports active.


Personal Information:
I'm from Philadelphia, PA and I am also the author of three contemporary fiction books: Saturday's Child, Wednesday's Woes and Let the Necessary Occur. You can read excerpts on my webpage: www.gaylejacksonsloan.com


Other Information:
 Favorite books: Anything by LA Banks, JD Mason, Tina Brooks McKinney, and Pearl Cleage to name a few. I'd need about five pages to name all my favorite books!
