Well I must say I am determined to be more active. Sitting at my job is just not good. My knees hurt, my legs hurt and for some reason I am tired. So I am going to be more active. All I need is the determination and the energy. My plan is to take short walks during the day at work, like walk around the building and walk up and down the stairs. lets see how that works.

My Goals:
My Goal is to drop at least 40 lbs by the end of 2020 year. I want to have more energy to do things. Working at a desk all day makes you lazy and unmotivated. When my day is done I am mentally exhausted.
My Program:
I am shooting for a better meal plan. I do have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and want to drop this weight.
Personal Information:
I have increased my liquid intake to 64 oz a day. As stated prior I do either Gatorade mixing half or I have been into Diet Cran Cherry Juice. I do have my diet soda every now and then.
