Introduction Text Hi I'm Linda - how fed up am I? fell off the wagon spectacularly and nearly fainted when I got on the Wii after Christmas - I have put almost all of the weight I'd lost back on - how could I have let that happen after working so hard to get it off in the first place? There is no point in sitting here feeling sorry for my failings so I am going to dust myself down and get back on the horse so to speak and DO IT AGAIN - that is lose 42lbs and get myself fitter. What a fantastic site this is - I am truly amazed - I was with Slimming World for over 2 years and I went every week so must have spent £500 on classes and for the use of their internet site(which I do admit worked hence the 42 lb weight loss) but which I can't access now I'm a lapsed member so how wonderful is this all for FREE. The support feels just the same because everyone is so friendly and helpful, the articles are really interesting, the blogs are inspirational. I am completely sure I can now reach my goal and be fitter and healthier in the process.

To get back on track, get fitter and lose 2lbs a week

I am setting small goals regarding my fitness. My office is at home so I don't even have to walk to work but I have set out some me time from my busy day to make sure I do some exercise daily. I've even dusted off my old strider machine AND USED IT!!!

I am Linda, very happily married to Andy, I have three strapping sons and three gorgeous grandsons, the fourth is on his way due in September- I have very little willpower and love sweeties.

I love dancing but don't do much of it nowadays
