Ndpendent Lady " Enough is Enough"


Hello I am ready to get back on track and lose this weight once and for all no matter how long it takes. With disciplined and support, I will DO THIS!!! I am at a all time high of 182 lbs!! YIKES!! My goal is to lose 40 lbs or more. With the help of the support here from SparkPeople,a balanced diet and a exercise routine, I am going to lose the weight. I made a vow to myself that if I really love myself then I would do whatever it take to lose the weight for a better me
