    Hi mom...how are things going during the holiday season for you?... food and exercise wise I mean. We'll have to fit in a workout while we're in Bottineau. Maybe the guys can watch the kids for a while and we can go for a run in the school? I suppose all the gates will be down though, huh? If you have 2 exercise balls and some hand weights we could use I can bring some good DVDs we can do together in the basement. I want to come out of December with a weight loss, not just a plateau...and definitely NOT a gain!

    Saw that you have been taking advantage of opportunities to work some exercise into your schedule (run/walking to visit Grandma in the hospital & doing laps while waiting for a student). Good for you for not using work and Grandma's situation as excuses to not exercise! That sort of thing is why you have done such a great job of keeping the weight off.

    Good for you for getting out for a run/walk so early the other day! It's always so nice to do it in the AM and have it done. Then the rest of the day it isn't looming over your head. I went to the YMCA today since Ben was off and could stay with Micah. I have to wait one more week, till he's 8 weeks old, to take him to the daycare at the gym while I work out. So next week I plan to start going 3 day a week.

    Hi mom,
    Have you stopped running/walking, or have you just not been entering it in on your fitness tracker? I am trying to be faithful to using this site, so feel free to be my accountability partner. Hopfully I will have made substantial progress by the 4th of July and we go to the lake!
