ession_with_healthy_living_weight_loss

My vision-based goals by the end of 2018 are to
lighten up to 210lbs,
gain 35+ lbs of muscle,
incorporate some mind-based games into my routine to increase my memory and mental speed,
and find something completely new to incorporate into my routine.

Performance goals:
Deadlift 400lbs x 3 reps in good form
Bench press 200lbs x 5 reps in good form
Squat 150lbs x 5 reps in good form
Barbell curl 70lbs x 10 reps in good form
Dumbbell curl 35 lbs x 10 reps in good form
Run 8 miles in 2 hours
Complete run 5k with little effort.

Other Goals:
Move out!
Travel to Italy
Travel to Boston, Maine
Travel to Spirit Lake, Iowa
Travel to New Orleans
Travel to Grand Canyon
Travel to Yellowstone
Travel to Japan
Start planning a trip to Spain (food, art, architecture, culture, etc.)*
Fix my view of food. Food should be fuel and energize you. Treats are just that, and should be eaten sparingly.

*It wasn't until I started looking into Italy that I realized that Spanish culture is as interesting as Italian.

If you have to sneak to do it, lie to cover it up,
or delete it to avoid it being seen…
Then maybe you shouldn’t be doing it.

How do you frighten this new generation?
Put them in a room with a rotary phone, an analog watch,
and a TV with no remote (add rabbit ears for fun)
Then leave directions for use in cursive.

    ~~ emoticon ~~8 things you didn't know about laughter~~ emoticon ~~

    2. Laughter is said to improve alertness, creativity, and memory.
    3. Most people cannot laugh at command.
    4. The sound of laughter is not associated with any one laugage.
    5. One good belly laugh burns about 3.5 calories.
    6. Gelotology is the study of humor & laughter.
    7. Healthy people laugh about 100 to 400 times a day.
    8. That's about 2,800 times a week or 146, 000 times a year.

    You laugh, I laugh...you cry, I cry.
You fall, I laugh, then fall too, because I was laughing too hard.
I laugh even harder when I try to explain why I'm laughing.

My favorite pain is in my stomach when my friends make me laugh too hard.
Nothing compares with the stomach ache I get from laughing with my
best friend..that awkward moment when you can't stop laughing while
telling a joke, and when you're finally done, your friend doesn't even get it.

emoticon Laughter is a tranquilizer with no side effects
    Please take it regularly emoticon

Welcome to the closing of an old door.
for it is then a new door shall open.
So, as the old door closes on 2019,
I will walk through the open door to 2020,
and walk into a new chapter of my life.
emoticon emoticon ~~In My New Chapter~~ emoticon emoticon
I will LAUGH and I will CRY
    And TREASURE the happiness.
I will GROW from the pain and
FORGIVE ones who will hurt me.
I will do my best to FORGET
For my life is too SHORT
    To live with REGRET.
emoticon emoticon ~~HAPPY NEW YEAR !!~~ emoticon emoticon
