Hi, My name is Jeanette (aka Nettie)
I turned, gulp, 65 this year.
I had spinal fusion surgery in May of 2019 &
recovery has been a challenge, but I'm taking
it a day at a time.
I am married with 2 dogs (American Eskimo's)
I live in Southern California and retired in 2014 after 40 years working in the medical field.
I joined Sparkpeople to try to get healthier and
feel better about myself. Getting older is not
for sissies. ...
