Life Is All About Change...
There would really be too much to say for a real introduction. The title says it all. Life is all about change and how we choose to handle the changes. I've tended to avoid or procrastinate when having to change, therefore allowing time, others, or the universe to make my decisions for me. It SUCKS living a life by default! Have the testicular fortitude to stand up for your life and live it the way you choose. No more hiding, no more fear. Be a WARRIOR. ALL WE HAVE IS NOW..SO WHAT ARE YOU ...

My Goals:
SHORT TERM HEALTH GOAL: To eat at least 4 servings of fruit & veggies daily.
To drink at least 16 cups of water daily.
SHORT TERM FITNESS GOAL: 3 days of Interval Cardio/2 days of Strength Training. 1 Yoga Day.
My Program:
My interests vary..my biggest hurdle is CONSISTENCY!
Personal Information:
I love music, books, and movies..all which you can enjoy from a seated position..LOL! That's why it's important that I have activity in my daily life.
