Introduction Text Well a little over 2 years ago, I lost 40lbs., we moved to a new town and I continued to lose another 20lbs. We went on vacation a year ago and I gained a little back. Since August 2008, I have managed to gain back all the weight I've lost. I can blame on it on my health problems and being unable to exercise, but it all comes down to my lack of self control. I'm hopeful, that I can get back to where I was a year ago by taking one day at a time.

To have self-control over my eating habits, make better choices and have a healthy BMI.

Basically weight watchers, however I count calories using the nutrition tracker.

I am a social worker from Alabama. I am a conservative Christian woman who believes in family values and who is truly appreciative of our armed forces protecting our Freedom. Their service is an inspiration and we should all be grateful for their sacrifice and most importantly for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, our savior. I truly hope America wakes up to what is happening in this country and pray that we turn around back to God and what our forefathers meant when they came here and wrote our Constitution.

I'm a huge Elvis Fan. He is the King of Rock-N-Roll forever!
